Previous Sketch outs:
Urban Sketchers met at the Junction on Sunday morning 16 February 2020. Everyone found lots of inspiration for sketching in such a busy place. As always,we all enjoyed coffee together just near where we were working.
A smaller group gathered on Sunday April 23 to sketch the very ornate Longworth House. A challenge! Coffee followed at Cirque and we were very impressed with the artistic talent of our barista there.
A hardy group braved the chilly winds to sketch the derelict houses at the top of Merewether. An interesting challenge with twisted walls and even a rusting car. A coffee at Barbara's, enjoying the wonderful views towards Bar Beach and Newcastle, was a very welcome finish to the day.
The Old Courthouse.
