Workshop Bookings
Workshops will be advertised to members through email. Non-members are welcome to apply for any vacancies listed above.
Contact the SoAN Art Director - Naomi Forryan at [email protected] to reserve your spot.
Two months out fom the workshop date you’ll be sent the payment details.
Workshop attendee withdrawals will only result in a refund if a replacement from the waiting list can attend. This is because the Society is liable for the full costs of tutors, which do not decrease if attendees are reduced. Late withdrawals result in lost money for the society.
If there are insufficient registrations two weeks prior to a workshop operating then it may be cancelled. In this case participants will be contacted by the Art Director and refunds arranged.
Materials List
The Art Director will send out the materials list when provided by the tutor. Please remember that the list is “recommended”. If you are new to art or the medium being taught, it’s fine to bring a reduced selection from the list or less expensive brands. You will still enjoy the workshop and often a benefit of a workshop is learning what materials you want to buy, after discussion with the tutor and other students.
